After many requests to teach herbalism and put together resources in bite size and easily understandable lessons I have finally started this process. I want to say thank you to all of the people supporting me on this journey for your encouragement and patience with me always. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I see you. I am grateful for the journey that has led me here from learning casually with my mom as she taught me the herbs that were all around us growing up, to the education that I received at ACHS in Portland and the many mentors and guides I have had along the way. Thank you for joining me on this new adventure where I will share some of the things I have and am still learning.
